1. Do you make all of your products?

We design and source every item with care. Some pieces are handmade by us, others are created in collaboration with trusted makers who share our obsession with quality and personality.

2. Do your products actually have swear words on them?

Oh yes. We believe a well-placed swear can be both therapeutic and decorative. If that’s not your vibe, we also have plenty of sass that’s 100% PG-rated.

3. Can I send an item as a gift?

Absolutely! Just add your recipient’s address at checkout and leave us a note if you’d like to include a gift message. We’ll skip the packing slip so the price stays our little secret.

4. Do you offer returns or exchanges?

We want you to be obsessed with your purchase. If something arrives damaged or isn’t what you expected, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right. (Custom or personalized items are final sale.)

5. How long will it take to get my order?

Most orders ship within 2–3 business days. Transit time depends on your chosen shipping method, but generally you can expect your happy mail in about a week.

6. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We love sending our sass worldwide. Shipping rates and times vary depending on the destination.

7. What are car coasters?

They’re the little splash-guards your cup holders didn’t know they needed. They keep things tidy and give your car a personality upgrade—because even cup holders deserve some flair.
